Refund Policy

What this covers

The First Ten ($9) and Seven Days with Alfred ($19). Both are one-time purchases of a digital program. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Tonight's Note is free, so no refund applies to it.

The 24-hour refund

If you ask for a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, we refund the full amount. You don't have to give a reason. The 24 hours run from the time on your Stripe receipt.

After 24 hours

The sale is final. By then the workspace is yours, the program has started, and, for The First Ten, a place that could have gone to someone else has been used.

When we refund regardless of time

• You were charged twice for the same thing. We refund the duplicate.
• We didn't deliver. If you can't get access, or the nightly notes never arrive, tell us. We'll fix it quickly, and if we can't, we refund you in full.
• It isn't what the page described. If the program is materially different from its description on the site when you bought it, we refund you.

How to ask

Reply to any email from us, or write to info@alfredsnote.com from the address you paid with. Say you'd like a refund. That's all.

How and when you're paid back

Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. We send them within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your access to the program ends when the refund is sent.

The First Ten

If a place in The First Ten is refunded within the 24 hours, that place is drawn again under the Draw Rules.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. It doesn't replace them. If the law gives you a right this page doesn't mention, you still have it.
